Rob is chief architect of the AI-MindShift Systems Scorecard, a comprehensive AI assurance and governance tool spanning the full AI lifecycle.  She is passionate about helping organisations create sustainable AI solutions that are based on ethical and human-centric principles, with robust assurance frameworks. Rob has a proven track record in governance, strategic oversight, and regulatory compliance reducing regulatory and trading risks within the financial services industry. For over 25 years Rob led teams across Asia, Europe, India and North America for global brands including Barings (MassMutual) and Citigroup.

Rob is a former Chair of the UK Investment Association’s Trade & Transaction Reporting Committee, influencing financial services regulations. Rob is a Trustee of East London Business Alliance, a registered charity creating partnerships between business and community. Prior to establishing AI-MS she founded RRAK Advisory delivering business assurance to C-Suite executives, guided start-ups in business model development and operational cadence, and facilitated introductions to funding partners.

Wade has spent over 30 years building and scaling technology consulting firms delivering complex IT project management and organizational change. Wade grew Fruition Consulting into a firm of over 200 employees and after selling it in 2016, created The ValueWave, delivering the methodologies and execution rigor of top global consultancies to small and mid-cap organizations.

Christopher is research-driven, with over 20 years in media, a strong agency background and notable engagements with WM@P, one of the UK’s first agency campaigning diversity in advertising. He helped establish The RedBox Agency producing in-house artwork for major campaigns. His consultancy blends traditional, digital and AI production to bring clarity, creativity, and commercial awareness to every project. He has a passion for storytelling, iconography, symbols, and art direction.
